The cherry tomato in red clusters of mini-cocktail type (fruit approximately 40-50 g). It has an intense bright red colour and, above all, the shiny green sepals remain unaltered for up to 8-10 days. It has a crisp consistency, fruity taste and is ideal raw for starters or for pizzas and salads. A curiosity: it is an excellent ingredient of juicy jams. On the market from August to January, it is a typical product of Sicily.
The cherry tomato is a vigorous hybrid, due to its sturdiness, the vegetative and fertile continuity and the characteristic internode regularity of the plant.
