This is a small variety of tomato with an elongated “Date”  shape and is distinguished from the other varieties by its high sugar content that makes it extremely tasty. Cultivation of the date tomato  is mainly  on the ground in modern iron  greenhouses equipped  with instruments that monitor and constantly supply the ideal climatic conditions  for the growth of the plant.
